Organizing your Heart and Home 2011

Welcome!! I’m so glad you are joining my sister and me for our series! We are sooo excited!!

Traci will be sharing ways to organize your Home and I’m going to be sharing ways to organize your Heart.

Doesn’t that sound fun? And who couldn’t use some organization in their life?

As I thought about beginning to organize our Hearts I knew where I wanted to begin.

Heart….where is your Heart?

Romans 10:9-10 says, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.”

For me to begin a series on the Heart I need to tell you where my heart is.

I accepted Christ over thirty years ago (that makes me sound really old!).

We have traveled a lot of road together.

Some of the paths have been rocky and I’ve let Him down more times that I care to say. If you want to know more you can read here.

But I’ve lived long enough to know I NEED Him and my heart is devoted to Him.

That’s where we’re beginning……….now here’s where we’re going…………

So here’s what I need you to do this week. Think about where your Heart is?  Do you want to organize your Heart? I hope so!

If you are going to join me over the next four weeks I would love for you to introduce yourself and leave a comment. I would also love to visit your blog!

If you would like to talk to me personally  you can email me at cyndispivey (at) gmail (dot) com.

Don’t forget to visit my sister’s blog at Beneath my Heart to organize your Home. The New Year is a great time to start organizing and Traci has some fabulous ideas!

Oh Yeah!

If you would like to share about our series on your blog here’s our button.

  9. Cyndi what a great idea the two of you have come up with! I’m excited to join in! I placed the blog button on my site. I am a mother of 3 (5 years, 3 years and 4 months) needless to say it’s hard to make time to spend in God’s word but it is something that I need more of! Thanks for hosting

  14. Hi Cyndi,
I just recently found your blog, and read about your plans to help us organize our hearts and homes. I look forward to reading what you & Traci have to share.

I plan to do more intentional living this year, and my WORD for 2011 is JOY. Looking forward to seeing where the Lord leads me with that.
