Yummy Appetizer~Mini Sausage Cups

Hey Friends!

Today I wanted to introduce you to a blogger friend of mine. Amanda and I met last October and she is such a sweet lady that I wanted you all to meet her too!

Hello!

What an honor it is to be guest posting today at Walking in Grace and Beauty!  I’m Amanda from My Heart’s Desire Blog where you’ll find food, faith, family, and DIY home decor.

Cyndi and I met in October at The Relevant Conference, and it is such a privilege to be here with you today!

With Superbowl parties around the corner, I wanted to share one of our favorite appetizers with you.  Mini Sausage Cups are full of flavor and can be prepared in a flash!
Mini Sausage Cups

3 pkgs mini fillo cups
1 lb. ground sausage
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3-4 T. prepared Ranch dressing
Diced olives (optional)

Brown sausage and drain.  Combine all ingredients except fillo cups in a small bowl and mix well.

Place fillo cups on a cookie sheet and fill with sausage mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or so.

**You can also flash freeze these by placing filled cups on cookie sheet, place in freezer until frozen, then transfer into freezer ziplocs for an easy, last-minute appetizer!
Thanks for having me, Cyndi, and I hope you’ll stop by My Heart’s Desire to say hello

Don’t those look amazing!! I can’t wait to try them.

Make sure you stop by and say hello to Amanda. You’ll love her blog!

Have a great day!
