First let me say, my husband loves you all! Wayne did not like my blond streak so he was thrilled that the majority of you all agreed with him.
Thank you for being so kind with your comments but also for being honest.
I now feel when I have any decision to make, I should check with you guys (after I pray about it first, of course!) Haha!
Most of you know if you’ve read my blog for any length of time that I love fashion and make-up.
One of the main reasons I love to dress up and wear make-up is because I want to look attractive for my husband.
Wayne always compliments me a lot!
That may sound old fashioned to some people but I think looking good for your husband is a good thing!
With that being said, since he didn’t like my blond streak, I thought it was best to get rid of it!
(BTW, my hair never looks good the first day I get it colored and cut but I had to get some pictures!)
I didn’t get pictures of my outfits this week (I lost my camera for a few days) so I put two of the outfits I wore back on.
I love a jean jacket and I also love a white collared shirt. My jean jacket is from The Gap and I’ve had it for several years.
This is the outfit I wore to church on Sunday.
Nothing very impressive this week~I’m sorry. I promise I’m going to pull out some spring stuff!
Okay, so what do you think? Are we good with brown hair?
Beauty For the Heart~~I think these verses speak for themselves!
Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church— for we are members of his body. Ephesians 5:21-30
Have a blessed day!
