Celebrating Mother’s Day This Week!

Good morning!

This week I want to celebrate Mom’s since Mother’s Day is this Sunday.

Most of you know that I lost my Mom to cancer in  2009. I miss her terribly!

Let me remind you to treasure your Mom!

In honor of my Mom I want to celebrate this week with gifts that would be great to give your Mom.

I’ll share fashion, beauty products, and home decor that would be perfect for Mom’s.

Today, I’m going to share a gift for her home. Obviously, you have to order this and you won’t

get it before Sunday but a note in her card of what you ordered would be perfect.

One of my favorite things to decorate my home with is vinyl wall decals and my friend

Leen the Graphic Queen has lots to choose from.

I love adding vinyl decals to my rooms!

These initials for a bedroom would be beautiful for over the bed.

This is my bedroom and I added these initials a few years ago and I still love them!

I would really like to add this to my home in the future. This is a great reminder of our blessings.

It reads “To hear the laughter of a child, to wake up next to the love of your life,

to know that God has placed them on this earth for you, You Are Blessed”.

Leen also has canvas wall art and this is one of my favorites!

You can check out many more vinyl decals and wall art from Leen the Graphic Queen here.

I think any Mom would love to add this to her home decor!

What do you think? Do you decorate with vinyl wall decals?

  1. Praying for you and so many others who are missing their moms this Mother’s Day. Knowing that your Mom is celebrating with our Father and that our Father will give you peace and the His Spirit to celebrate the earthly memories you have of you and your Mom confidently knowing that an eternity of memories awaits …

  2. I love vinyl wall decals. I have one in my bedroom that my mother gave us a few years ago for Christmas. I plan to use one in my guest room in the near future. I love the theme of your blogs this week. You are such a blessing. So many people who have lost their mothers don’t even want to think about Mother’s Day but you are actually helping others bless their mothers.

  3. What a great idea Cyndi— never thought of wall art! I do love it and we had a few in our previous home (but then of course, we had to leave them there). I was going to peel one-letter-at-a-time off and then thought “why not leave it for the next family to enjoy?”
p.s. My mom and mom-in-law live far apart from us so this morning when I read the title of your post I jumped up and addressed and stamped my envelopes. thx so much for the reminder… heehee!
Going to do yardwork! Take care and lots of love!
