Women’s Fashion For Your July 4th Cook Outs

Happy Friday friends!

I usually share my favorite “pins” from Pinterest with you on Fridays. I was looking for outfits to wear for the 4th of July get togethers but I couldn’t find any that I would could wear.

The skirts and shorts were too short or the tops too sexy. So, I decided to create my own Polyvore boards of outfits I would wear.

I love white capris in the summer and I think this outfit shouts summer.

I love the nautical handbag, red Toms, and the sleeveless chambray shirt.

You can’t go wrong with jean capris and a cute red cap-sleeved shirt.

I love the white JCrew necklace and the aviator sunglasses!

This white blouse would be perfect for the hot weather we’re having in KY.

I love the red pants and wedge heels!

Would you wear any of these outfits to your 4th of July get togethers? Which one is your favorite?

Beauty For the Heart~~I’ve sung this song many times in church over the July 4th holiday.

The Battle Hymn Of The Republic

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored,
He has loosed the fateful lightening of His terrible swift sword
His truth is marching on.

Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

I have seen Him in the watch-fires of a hundred circling camps
They have builded Him an altar in the evening dews and damps
I can read His righteous sentence by the dim and flaring lamps
His day is marching on.

Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

I have read a fiery gospel writ in burnish`d rows of steel,
“As ye deal with my contemners, So with you my grace shall deal;”
Let the Hero, born of woman, crush the serpent with his heel
Since God is marching on.

Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat
He is sifting out the hearts of men before His judgment-seat
Oh, be swift, my soul, to answer Him! be jubilant, my feet!
Our God is marching on.

Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

In the beauty of the lilies Christ was born across the sea,
With a glory in His bosom that transfigures you and me:
As He died to make men holy, let us die to make men free,
While God is marching on.

Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

Have a blessed day and let His truth march on!

Cute outfits! Don’t you just love a chambray top? They go with everything! I crack up when people keep referring back to the 80s when it comes to chambray….I’ve always loved it.

About shorts…I’ve found some really cute Merona ones at Target for $12.00. They go to your knees and you can roll them to the length you want. I’ll tell ya, its too hot here for capris!

I love all the outfits! I would have to go with the white capris and chambray top.
I love chambray! I love summer dresses and see so many cute ones but they are
all too short. I think I will have to learn to sew some simple dresses. Kohls has alot of
different capris and shorts. I found some that were long enough there. It’s hot here
          in Georgia too ☺

Is it weird that I have never work white pants? I have always been too afraid to even try them on, but I do love that first outfit, white pants and all!
