Good morning friends! I’m up early to start celebrating my birthday! Well, actually I woke up really early, I think it has something to do with my age. :-)

Anyway, I wanted to share the winner of my animal print earrings. Thankfully I didn’t pick the winner, I use a plugin called, And the Winner is and it picks the winner for me.

Lastly, I wanted to share with you one of the things I got for my birthday. A few months ago I bought a new camera.

Canon EOS Rebel T2i 18 MP CMOS APS-C Sensor DIGIC 4 Image Processor Full-HD Movie Mode Digital SLR Camera with 3.0-inch LCD and and EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens

I have loved using it and my pictures are getting better all the time but I knew I needed a different lens. Specifically I wanted the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens.

So, my sweet husband got me the lens for my birthday! It came a few days early and I’m already using it and loving it!!! Of course, Colt Allen is my favorite subject.

This is my husband working the 127 yard sale. Our church gives away free food to all the yard salers. It’s such a great ministry and a great way to share the love of Christ!
