I Loved Getting My Stitch Fix Box!

Stitch Fix

Yesterday, I told you I would share my Stitch Fix Box with you. I hope you’ll forgive me for not trying each piece on for you and taking a picture. I just didn’t have time! But I did love every thing they sent me, and I mean love!!

Here are the 5 items that were in my box, and let me say that the pictures do not do them justice.

Here’s a quick review of Stitch Fix. Stitch Fix is a personal styling service. A group of stylists put together 5 stylish pieces of clothing (sometimes jewelry and/or accessories items are included) and ship them directly to you!  It’s a great way to add to your current wardrobe and get a hold of pieces that you might otherwise not have access to. No two Fixes are alike. Each one is hand–picked just for you!

Also, each item is shipped with a tag like this that gives you ideas of how to wear the item. How cool is that?

Stitch Fix

If you’d like all the details of Stitch Fix, I shared a post about it here. If you would like your Stitch Fix box, go here.

Now it’s time for me to decide what I want to keep and I what I’m sending back. If I could afford it, I’d keep all of them but this month I’m going to keep only one item. The prices ranged from $38 to $85.

So I thought we’d have some fun! I’d love for you to guess which item I kept. I’ll share the item and me wearing it tomorrow on my What I Wore post. Which item do you think I kept?

Beauty For the Heart~~I have done several of Priscilla Shirer’s Bible studies and I recently ran across this quote from one of the studies.

“What if we entered into each moment of life knowing that everywhere we go and everything we do, our purpose is for people to see God in us, to sense His presence, to be drawn toward His Spirit at work in our smile and posture and handshake and greeting. We can’t change people’s lives, but God can. We can’t make a lot of difference, but God can. We don’t have much important to say, but God does. And it doesn’t take Him long to say it when His presence and anointing are on us, when obedience to Him defines the way we make every next choice.”

Have a blessed day!

  1. Thanks for stopping by! I visited your blog and I love all your home projects. I’m going to be in your area in August for the Haven DIY Conference. Have you heard of that conference for bloggers? Just curious!

  2. Oh, I love that quote! I think I am going to print that and put it someplace where I can read it often. I have never heard of Stitch Box, but I am definitely going to check it out. I would probably keep the Mission blouse because it is something I probably would not have chosen for myself. have a great day!

  3. I would guess the Mission blouse, but I’d have a hard time choosing, too! What great choices!
Thanks for sharing Priscilla’s words of wisdom ~ I’ll carry those throughout my day today. 🙂

  4. OOhhhh All the pieces are fantastic. Love the Scarf & what a beautiful way to dress up a top … but my guess is the Everdeen Button Up Top. I just think its a timeless piece & would transition well from winter to spring. Can’t wait to see what you picked 🙂 Happy Wednesday 🙂

  5. I’m thinking you probably kept the dress, it’s such a GREAT all-purpose, four season piece AND it is SO pretty. When I look at the button up blouse however, I can picture you wearing that as well. We”ll see…..

  6. Hi Cyndi! I love the clothes! My favorite is the blue Mission blouse. I think you may have kept it because you can wear it into Spring and Summer. At first, I thought the scarf, since you are such a scarf girl, but I’m going with the Mission blouse.

    Hope your week is amazing!

  7. I’m thinking the mission blouse. It will look great in the spring and summer too! You already have a “little” black dress and many scarves. It would definitely be a hard decision though. Enjoy!

  8. Blouse looks so versatile in terms of dressing up, dressing down, with gray or black skirt, with jeans, with tan pants…..

You have many scarves and that sweater looks a bit matronly for you. 😉

  9. Thank you so much Murray!! I’m so glad you all didn’t mind styling a forty something Mom. My box was awesome and I can’t wait to get my next fix!
    Blessings,
    Cyndi

  10. The cardi. It’s unique details don’t look just like every other cardi out there. I think you could find the other pieces elsewhere for reasonable prices. What a fun concept. Wish they’d do that with stuff they find at Goodwill 😉

  11. For some reason I am leaning toward the Everdeen Button Up Top. Simply put, It looks like you. I can also see the dress because of it’s versatility.

BUT, with that said, my vote is the Mission 3/4 Sleeve Blouse because of the photo of the tag. It’s versatile and when worn with a scarf or necklace, you would look great wearing it with jeans or a skirt.

Sure you can’t keep them all?……….anxious for the unveiling…. 🙂

  12. I think you kept the Everdeen button up because it looks like it’s possibly not something you would have picked for yourself, but tried it on and loved it! They’re all beautiful pieces though!

  13. I know how much you love scarves, but maybe you have enough??? 🙂 The 3/4 sleeve top is a beautiful color … so maybe you kept that??

  14. I am thinking you kept the scarf. While all the pieces are really beautiful, I can just see you in that scarf ~ making some outfit look (like usual) very complete! I can not wait to find out. 🙂

  15. I love all 5 pieces. I am guessing you kept the sweater. It is very unique looking. 🙂

Stitch Fix is such a great idea! I am thinking about giving it a try.

  16. I’m guessing the cardigan. I like all of them but if I could keep one it would be that one. It looks unique to me the others may be immatated for a lesser cost.

  17. I’m guessing you kept the dress. I would! But you are a scarf lover too, so maybe that??! 🙂 Can’t wait to find out!
