Good morning! We had a busy weekend! My sister, Traci got home from Nicaragua last night and we met her at the airport to welcome her home. I was so glad to see her!
This is Colt waiting for Aunt Traci to get off of her plane. Eli, Traci’s youngest son has his arm around Colt. So sweet!
We also had a wedding of a dear friend to attend on Saturday night. It was gorgeous! Wayne couldn’t go to the wedding so Cory, my son, was my date for the evening.
Every chance this mama gets to spend with her son is a blessing! One of these days he’s going to meet a young lady that’s going to capture his heart. I’ve been praying for her from the time Cory was born and I can’t wait to meet her!
I”ve mentioned Birchbox before, but it’s a monthly subscription service ($10 a month) of high-end beauty, grooming, and lifestyle samples that have been customized for you.
When you’re ready for more of the products you sampled, you can purchase full-size versions directly from the Birchbox Shop. They have a generous loyalty program that rewards you every time you shop!
Also, if you order the products from Birchbox during the month they were sent, you get free shipping.
I loved this months Birchbox (some months I like better than others) and I plan on ordering full sizes of some of the sample products.
Here’s what was in this month’s Birchbox:
- Davines Oi/Oil Absolute Beautifying Potion
- Davines Love Smoothing Conditioner and Davines Love Smoothing Shampoo
- Color Club® Wanderlust Nail Polish
- Youngblood Hi-Definition Hydrating Mineral Perfecting Powder
- Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser
I used the Davins Love Shampoo and Conditioner. It’s specifically for dry and frizzy hair and I loved it!! Even my daughter noticed my hair looking shinier. I will order this, it’s a bit pricey so I’ll only use it a couple of times a week.
