I started this week with this young lady coming to my house and sharing about dōTERRA essential oils. It was so much fun and my house smelt amazing after she left. I learned a lot and my oils that I ordered will be here today! Yay!
Megan gave me a sample of this essential oil, called Elevation. It helps lift your spirits, and gives you energy. I’ve used it all week and I love it! Of course, my husband is not convinced that any of these oils work, so he calls it my sugar juice. I believe I can change his mind, so I’ll keep you posted.

I don’t hardly ever go a week without a picture of this sweet boy. I snatched him for a few hours to have some Colt and Cici time. We played with trucks and balls and I got lots of kisses and hugs.
This was my lunch on Thursday. It was so good and healthy but not really clean eating. Sigh.
I’ve been reading the blog 100 Days of Real Food this week. She has so much good information about clean eating. She inspires me!
Well that’s my week of Instagram. I love using Instagram. It’s so much fun to peek into the lives of my friends online and in real life.

Beauty for the Heart~~I’ve read this verse many times but yesterday I read it again and I was reminded how faithful our God is. Isaiah 61:3 (I paraphrased it) For those who mourn, he gives them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, festive oil instead of mourning, and splendid clothes instead of despair.

**The picture of my sandwich was taken with my Samsung Galaxy Camera. The camera has internet and 4G and allows me to immediately post my pictures on instagram. It takes great pictures!
Keep us posted on your trial of doterra. I recently got digestzen to aid w my kids reflux and such….seems to help. Love to hear other reviews!

I love your husband’s term for essential oils – sugar juice 🙂 I love my essential oils – especially peppermint, lavender, and bergamot – and their many uses.
oh I am sure you are going to enjoy doTERRA as much as our household is. My hsb has some very strong opinions about a few of them as far as their “smell”.it is so great that they are so pure one can use them in so many different applications; even ingesting them. And heir newsletter is very informative as well.
I follow 100 Days of Real Eating too. I follow it on Pinterest too. Lots of information on there. Cute picture of your grandson. I have not heard of dōTERRA essential oils. I will have to google that. I did see several Thirty One bags in that. LOVE Thirty One.
