Courtney and Colt and I spent some time Saturday enjoying our sweet small town. We went to a Beef Festival and then headed to one of our favorites places and got an ice cream cone. A perfect way to spend a summer day!
Is our life perfect? No. Do we have disappointments and difficulties? Absolutely. Does anyone go through this life without some bumps and bruises?
But we believe each day is a gift and although the journey is not always easy, we’re counting our blessings and believing Romans 8:28, “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.“
Today, savor the blessings and know that “This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!” Psalm 118:24

The song was beautiful, I had tears in my eyes. Colt is getting so big, enjoy every moment as my grandchildren are in Florida so I don’t get to see them very often. So hug Colt for me!
