Anyone out there ever feel stressed? What about feelings of anxiety? I think we all have those days, weeks or even months!

Stress & anxiety are real problems that we all deal with. Whether it’s a family situation, job related, health issue, or a financial problem. The list can go on and on.

How To Ease Stress and Anxiety

There is a natural way to deal with stress & anxiety. Young Living has several oils that help, but here are three that I use.

1. Stress Away is a blend of Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, Lavender and Coconut Oil.

Joy is definitely one of my very favorite oils! It is used to bring joy to the heart, mind and soul. I call it my mood lifter!

If you know someone who is dealing with grief or depression this would be a wonderful oil for them to try.

3. Tranquil is a blend of Lavender, Cedarwood, and Roman Chamomile.

  1. Oh Cyndi ~ can I be a part of your private facebook group? I’m already a YL member! I wish I could hav joined under you and your sister but alas I was a member before I knew you! Pretty please?!?!? 😀

  2. I have to tell you something: I have been (silently) skeptical about what I’ve read regarding essential oils. BUT, I now am forming a different opinion! My just-turned 5 year-old adopted grandson had surgery on his nose almost three weeks ago. It was a complicated procedure due to his being born with a cleft lip and palate and having one surgery in China. This was needed but presents difficulties as he has to be very careful for 12 weeks not to hurt it OR get sick. A tall order! He cannot blow his nose or have drops. Last week he got a stuffy nose and was miserable! Already on an antibiotic, there seemed nothing else to do. But he couldn’t breathe. My daughter borrowed a diffuser and some oils from someone we know who sells them, and the very next day he was better! By three days, he was clear. How thankful we are!

    1. Hmmm, I knew you were skeptical!! 🙂
I completely understand. But they do help in so many ways. The diffuser is amazing!! Lavender is another great one to have with children. Helps heal cuts and burns. Love it!!
Oils are a lifestyle change but they have been a blessing to me.
So thankful it helped that sweet grandson of yours!! Prayers for continued healing.

      1. I’m always open to learn new things. I tell my first-graders that, and I want to always be that way. Sometimes I find myself skeptical, but then I can and will admit when I am wrong! And I believe I’ve been wrong to doubt essential oils. Thanks for how you’re sharing them with us. God bless you in the new year, Cyndi.
