Hi Cyndi–I really enjoy your blog! I just signed up for Katie Orr’s bible study–sounds fun!
I lived in Montreal for years, so I have a huge outerwear collection both current and vintage. It’s a VERY sytylish city so warmth had to combine with fashion. I’m noticing all the coats are no longer that what my mom used to call “car coat length” or 3/4. Are below-the knee coats hopelessly frumpy or out of fashion? I’m out of space in my coat and jacket closets!
That wrap coat is too gorgeous! So up my alley!
My favourite is #3. I ordered a coat like that and it arrived today. Runner-up would be #5. I used to have one like that when I was very young.
Hi Cyndi, I like Coats 7 and 8, but here in SC we rarely need a coat, at least for me, 🙂 I really like the Bible Study idea also. By the way, I am so happy you were able to purchase the MK watch, yours is beautiful! I look forward to more beauty and style ideas, you’re such an inspiration! I dress a lot like you, funny story, one niece compliments me the other looks at me like I’m crazy, lol, looking forward to your next post. Have a good night!
My favorite is #4 and it doesn’t matter how much it costs because I won’t be buying it because I NEVER WEAR A COAT!!! I have a couple of wraps but I would die of a heat stroke in a real coat, but I do love #4.
Hey Cyndi Girl..how did you know I have been coat shopping??? I’d like to have something like a wool wrap coat…not the pricey one (bummer), but like #3! Or, a wool walker like #7. I tried on a coat similar to #4, it was a beautiful ivory Calvin Klein coat, at a fantastic sale price, but I wasn’t sure about the ivory. I was afraid it might have to live at the dry cleaners too much. Thanks for all of the pics and great ideas!
I have coat #2, and I LOVE IT! It’s the perfect dress up or dress down coat. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on it, AND a great side benefit is that I get lots of hugs because its soooooo soft. 😉
Love them all but, 7 & 8 are favs, I’ve been looking, thanks for doing the work for me:) and great deals at Macy’s!!
1 & 5 are more my speed but I do love a good quality A-line coat because they are very flattering….at least on me! So I kinda love the fake fur one….! And I love your new watch! Very cool………..you did well with all your coat ideas.
And yes I love the Bible study idea…..going to go find myself that study book! Thanks bunches!!!!
Love the watch! Also good idea for Bible Study! Thank you
Mine is #7 but no coats needed in Savannah, GA. 77 yesterday & 60’s today. I love the watch, Cyndi. Also love the Bible study idea.
