Fashionable Christmas-Sequins

12 Day To A More Fashionable Christmas

It’s Day 12 of my 12 Days to a more Fashionable Christmas! I’m sorry I’m late posting. The last few days have been super busy!

A few weeks ago I posted some sequins outfits from Pinterest. This season, sequins is definitely fashionable.

I love a black pencil skirt and this black sequins skirt is a classic look.

I’m not sure if I could pull these off, but I like them.

Pretty sequins tank top.

I decided to go with a gold tank top. It only has sequins on the top. I paired it with dark skinny jeans and short black boots. Because it’s cold this time of the year, I wear my black  blazer.

Fashionable Christmas

I love sequins and I think it’s fun to wear!

Are you wearing any sequins this holiday season?

Beauty For the Heart~~I don’t know about you, but I knew the Mayans didn’t know when the world would end. The Bible says, “No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father” (Mark 13:32)

Merry Christmas friends!

12 Day To A More Fashionable Christmas

It’s Day 11 of a more Fashionable Christmas. This Christmas season is full of holiday skirts! There are lots of fun skirts to wear or you can stick with a traditional black pencil skirt.

I love a black pencil skirt because it’s so versatile. I also love wearing red this time of the year, just add some jewelry and you’re ready for the holidays. (Try to overlook my stack of cookbooks in the back, just keeping it real!)

My red sweater is from Banana Republic and my black pencil skirt is from TJ Maxx. Black heels are Vera Wang from Kohl’s.

12 Day To A More Fashionable Christmas

We’re getting down to the final days before Christmas and if you’re like me, you have lots to do between now and Christmas Day. If you have gifts left to buy or if you’re looking for something to wear, “color” is very fashionable!

I shopped all day yesterday and every store I went into was full of color and I love it. You don’t have to wear red, black or grey to be fashionable this Christmas.

It’s so easy to pop color with a scarf and I love the colored tights that match.

Cute blouse but I would wear it with colored pants or jeans this time of the year.

Okay, I probably wouldn’t wear this skirt but it’s so cute on her.

If you have last minute shopping to do, look for color! It’s a perfect way to look fashionable this Christmas.

Do you like to wear color? Do you typically wear red at Christmas?

Beauty For the Heart~~ Last night I asked the question on my facebook page if anyone still had shopping to do. It seems everyone is still shopping, and their exhausted.

Christmas has gotten crazy. We rush, we shop, we bake, and we try to do too much. I want a “Silent Night” Christmas. I want to remember the true meaning don’t you?

If you’ve followed my blog very long you know I love music, it’s food for my soul. I listened to this song a dozen times yesterday while I was shopping and I know you all will love it too!

Have a blessed day!

If you’re looking to add some flair to your outfit these decadent riffs on Peter Pan or tuxedo collars are the perfect way to transfer a bit of glitz to any outfit. Or if you have someone on your shopping list who loves trendy jewelry this would be a perfect gift for them!

Fashionable Christmas-Dresses

Hi friends! I’ve struggled writing this post. My heart is still so heavy over the loss of life. Funerals will begin today for the children and adults at Sandy Hook. I will continue to pray, and to beg for healing not only for the community of Sandy Hook but also for our nation.

Over the last week, I’ve been sharing ideas for a more Fashionable Christmas. Today is Day 8 and I’m sharing about my love of dresses.

12 Day To A More Fashionable Christmas

It seems these days that “casual” is fashionable and don’t get me wrong, I love dressing casual. But I like to dress up too!

Fashionable Christmas-dresses

My little black dress was purchased at TJ Maxx a couple of years ago and my red and black dress is Simply Vera Vera Wang that I also purchased a couple of years ago from Kohl’s.

I love classic dresses and this Houndstooth Dress is a classic.

This dress is trendy and I love the short boots. I’m hoping to add a pair of these boots to my winter wardrobe.

Cobalt blue is a fashionable color this season and wrap dresses are flattering for almost all figures.

This holiday season why not wear a dress that makes you feel feminine and fashionable!
