Lastly, I wanted to share this video with you. There’s been so much sadness on the news this week. My heart aches for all the families who have suffered and I’ve been praying for all of them.

Sometimes I have to take a break from watching the news because it’s so depressing. One of the things that Colt(my grandson) loves to watch is babies laughing on youtube. When he’s a little fussy I can show him this video and we start laughing.

I thought some of you might need a laugh too!

Favorite “Pins” Friday

Oh how I’ve missed you Friday. You make me very happy and I always need you! Hooray for Friday!

Today my “pins” are makeup, health, and of course spring clothes. Right now I can only dream of spring clothes because March is turning out to be quite cold.

I love to read about makeup secrets that the professionals use and this was interesting.

Favorite “Pins” Friday-Jean Jacket

It’s Friday, and I’m soooooo glad. I need the weekend, don’t you? Several of you have asked about jean jackets lately so I thought I’d share some inspiration I found on Pinterest.

A jean jacket is a wardrobe classic. It’s practical and can work with your entire wardrobe.

This is an easy outfit to pull together, black pants, gray shirt with a scarf and then add the jean jacket.

Happy Black Friday! Or is it Black Thursday now? I know some of you are out their shopping and grabbing some great deals. Woo hoo! Believe it or not, I’m not shopping but I will be doing some online shopping.

My favorite “pins” today are off white sweaters. I’m in love with them. You can wear them so many ways and they just look comfy and cozy.

Favorite “Pins” Friday-Accessories

Three cheers for Friday! Today my Favorite “Pins” Friday are all about accessories.

This picture from Pinterest takes a plain white button and brown skirt and pops some cute accessories. Perfect!

I have said this before but if you want to add some of the latest fashion trends to your wardrobe but don’t want to spend a lot of money, add accessories. You can add them to the clothes you already have in your closet and create lots of different looks.

I love this paragraph in the book, it says, “Here’s a salute to a long life: goodness that outlives the grave, love that outlasts the final breath. May you live in such a way that your death is just the beginning of your life.”

What we do today can have a lasting impact, even after our life on this earth is over. I want to live that kind of life!
