Button-Front Short Dress from Target

Welcome to 25 Day of Summer Fashion! I hope you had a nice Father’s Day weekend. We had a good but busy one. Which of course, means it went by way too fast.

This summer, I can’t get enough of casual dresses. On Saturday, we went to a Ronnie Milsap concert, and I wore this maxi dress (I’ll be sharing it on the blog) and yesterday I wore this dress to church and our family get together. They’re both so comfortable!

Today I’ve got a button-front short dress from Target. It comes in several different colors and right now, Target is having a buy one dress get one 50% off.

The dress has adjustable spaghetti straps.

It has a button-down front with side pockets. It’s also lined.

For summer, I styled it with shell slide on sandals.

My favorite earrings this summer have been the rattan earrings from Amazon. They have so many different styles to choose from, and they’re inexpensive. Check them out HERE.

Mini handbags are having a moment, so I’m carrying a beaded circle crossbody bag (I tucked the straps in the bag).

I recently styled this Lily Pulitzer dress, but I’ve been thinking about adding a Lilly Pulitzer maxi dress to my summer wardrobe. They have so many cute maxi dresses!

Make sure you head over and see what Jo-Lynne is styling today for our summer fashion series.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and, Instagram.

  1. I was in Target this weekend and they do have some really cute casual dresses – I didn’t see this one, but I really like it. So cute for casual weekends!!
Also, and it may be my computer, but your photos look odd today – your face/upper body is so white/bright it’s almost hard to look at.

  2. That dress is so cute, so many nice details for the price. It looks terrific on you–but everything does! How did you get your hands on navy blue? Maybe it’s sold out, but the only colors the website shows are white, black, burgundy, and an aqua blue. I’ll probably go for the aqua if the navy cannot be found.

  3. Very cute outfit today. And yes there is a brightness but maybe it’s just your glow! Also the dress looks navy but when you go to the site, it is in black. Love those earrings and there are so many really very cute options.

  4. Love your entire outfit, Cyndi! I just ordered the dress and those adorable sandals. Thank you for sharing!

  5. I find I am drawn to dresses and jumpsuits this summer too. I think because nice weather was so long coming I just want to be in cool fun clothes, and give jeans a break until I really need them again. I also bought a pair of wide leg crop pants from Aerie and I love them. This looks so cute on you. I too bought the rattan earrings and I wear them a lot as they seem to go with just about everything. Although I am in Canada and always cant get access to pieces or the prices you style the ideas of outfits go a long way, and we have such similar tastes it works out great.

  6. The dresses are so cute! I am so glad you showed the sandals again, as I finally made up my mind to purchase!!! So excited! So Is my husband😉
