Graphic Sweatshirt + Distressed Denim

It’s the weekend and I’m sharing some casual weekend fashion with a graphic sweatshirt and distressed denim from Target. I had mentioned these jeans earlier in the week.

They have the hi lo hem and I found them at Target so they are a great price point.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m on FacebookPinterest and my favorite one, Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~Life goes by in the blink of an eye. It’s too short to live upset, angry, resentful or ungrateful. If you look for the good, you’ll find it. Choose to be happy, to be at peace. Decide that each day is going to be a great day and grab each moment and make the best of it. Refuse to let negative thoughts take root in your mind and refuse to let negative people and situations drag you down. Trust your journey and know that if you make a mistake, it’s okay. See it as a lesson learned and keep moving forward. Spend less time worrying and more time being grateful for those who love you and all of life’s goodness. Choose to live in joy! -Charity M. Have a blessed day!

  1. What a perfectly casual outfit to wear around town!! And the message is something we all need daily. Lots and lots of love. Your message today speaks volumes to me. I was just feeling discouraged again, but I now remember that I’m extremely blessed, and need to choose joy and love!
Thanks for always being so uplifting, Cyndi!
And kiss that grandson for me, with lots of love,
    Jodie

  3. I love the Beauty for the Heart today. A good reminder of all we have and to appreciate life.
Your tee, jeans and chucks were perfect attire for a day at kindergarten. I think Colt Allen looks a lot like his gramma. Sweet!

  4. I love the casual outfit. What a sweet young man you have. I have 2 granddaughters also in kindergarten this year. God Bless

  5. Great Beauty for the Heart. Just what I needed to hear this morning. Colt is so very cute. I bet you had a fun time with him. Love the casual outfit. You make Target clothes look so good. 🙂 Did Courtney quit blogging? I am signed up but haven’t heard from her for a long time.

  6. What a fun way to start the day! The trees in the background are gorgeous!!! I really miss the changing foliage of the south being in CA. Luckily I’ll be back in Nashville for the first two weeks of October, so I’ll get to enjoy it. Have a great weekend Cyndi!!!

  7. All I can say is Love it!!!!! My choice for a comfy outfit from head to toe. What a great day to have together. If I’m blessed to be a grandma someday, I’m going to be as hip looking as you are. Love the beauty of the heart as well. Hits the nail right on the head.
Happy weekend. We too are in for some hot weather in the 90’s here in my part of Canada, (not sure what’s happening lol)

  8. Love your super cute and comfy Target ensemble today. I bet you were the prettiest grandmother there. Colt is a cutie too! Thanks for the quote! Have a great weekend.

  9. Cute Target outfit you should blog style more outfits from stores like Target etc… not to many of us have the big stores close to where we live.

  10. Boy, your sweet grandson sure looks like his beautiful grandmother. And today’s quote is awesome. I love the Target outfit, especially the short sleeve sweatshirt. That’s is a top I would get a lot of wear out of down here in south central GA. I guess I will have to go back to Target when we’re near the store next week. And the trees in the background are already beautiful colors, which we don’t have down here. Have a blessed weekend!

  11. This is actually one of my favorite outfits from your fall series! You look adorable! Certainly don’t look much like a grandmother! 😉
P.S. I’m just finishing week #1 Fast Way to Fat Loss. So far, so good! Thanks for pointing me in this direction!
    Blessings,
    Gigi

  12. This outfit would be perfect for attending a football game in this gorgeous warm weather we’re enjoying in Canada…. Thanks for the inspiration! Beauty for the heart was, as always, so uplifting.

  13. Your grandson looks just like you! You look too young to be a grandma, so you should be called, “GLAM-ma.” I love the sweatshirt and just ordered it from Target! This will be perfect for those fall days when it’s not hot and not too chilly.

  14. I’ve always bought t-shirts that read Love. 🙂 This is such a fun, casual outfit…great for my thrifting days.
Your grandson is adorable and he looks just like you! My son is 21 and it’s so hard to believe!

Hope you have a great weekend,
    Marie

  15. This is my kind of outfit! Cute, comfy and affordable!! Your grandson is adorable! I’m expecting my first step-grandchild (although I prefer the word bonus instead of step, as in bonus son , bonus daughter, etc) in a few months, can’t wait! Beautiful quote too and perfect for me (like the outfit, lol ) !

  16. What a beautiful advice, Cyndi! On point!
Love that outfit! With a football kid, and other little ones running around all day, I usually wear that style the most! Love comfy and well put together outfits. Thabk you! 🤗

  17. Wow, Colt looks so much like you! As always, you pick great accessories for your outfits. I love the combinations in this outfit. Thank you so much for sharing your talents, it’s a huge help to me!

  18. Love the message on tee shirt! Great reminder for us all. Your grandson, Colt is so adorable & hope you three had fun at the school luncheon! Love those sneakers too!

  19. Had to laugh. We awakened to a yard full of snow this morning. So much for sunny California. We are up in the Sierra Nevada mountains. September is usually very mild and still beach weather. Your outfit is perfect for breakfast with your darling grandson. I’m “positive” I liked your message today. Have a blessed weekend.❄🌬☃

    1. I laughed when I saw your post since we live in Northern Nevada and we woke up to a hard freeze. The garden is officially dead. And to think it is supposed to be in the 70s this week.

  20. Loved picture with your grandson! Spent yesterday with my 4 year old granddaughter whose pre-school was closed for parent teacher conferences. We had such a good day! Grandchildren are so precious!

  21. Hey cyndi. I bet colton had the coolest Grandparents in the room. Love the outfit. Do you wear sox w your shorelines ? And if so what kind ? Hope your having a great weekend

  22. Love the outfit! Just wondering how heavy the sweatshirt is ? I live in Florida and it is still hot here. Is this online only?
