My Fitness Journey

Ok ladies hang with me today because I’m going to try and share a lot of information about my fitness journey. If you have followed my blog for any length of time, you know I’m on a journey to stay healthy and fit.

Honestly, it is not always easy but I’m committed to a healthier lifestyle. It began in my forties and since turning 50, I have stepped it up a bit.

This is NOT a post about being skinny this is about being healthy and making positive choices so we feel and look better.

My daughter was the one who introduced me to Amanda’s program. After I read testimony after testimony about how it was changing women’s lives through intermittent fasting, carb cycling and the exercises, I knew I wanted to give it a try.

In this program, we have a window of time where we eat. Typically it’s between noon and around 8 pm everyday. After 8 pm I begin my fasting state and will not eat until noon the next day. I do drink lots of water and I drink coffee in the morning (of course!).

After just TWO weeks on AMANDA’S PROGRAM, I started seeing changes. I feel better, I have more energy and my body is slowing changing. I am building muscle and looking toner.

Amanda has a HOME and GYM workout option. Both are equally effective and you are welcome to do either. I do the HOME workout option but I do have an elliptical machine to do my cardio and sprints. These can be done outside but I like the elliptical better (you can use a treadmill).

I know you are going to ask if this program is easy. Yes and No. It does get easier the longer you do it because you get in a routine. But it is all about discipline which can be hard.

I do my best to do all the exercises but some of them I have to do the easier option. I will say that I love the exercises and I’m always excited to do my workout.

You follow pretty close to a paleo diet. I have given up bread and dairy. Amanda is super helpful and she encourages you all the way on this journey. this bootcamp for you??

  1. Staying active is quite the feat—but it does make a difference I believe. In fact, I just shared 2 stories on our FB Fierce 50 group about an 80 year old nun who competes in triathlons (the Iron Nun–cute, huh?) and a woman who is 105 and still doing yoga!
    The difference in their walk and posture is amazing. So I do think that we need to keep active. It’s not what the scale says—it’s moving your body!!

  2. I’ve been waiting to read your review of Amanda’s boot camp. When I discussed doing the boot camp with my husband, he said, “I don’t think this is something you’ll stick with.” Just turning 62 made me wonder if it was too much, even though I’m pretty active. Amanda answered my questions about the program, but then again, she’s just 31. It helps to read your comments.
    By the way, I saw you Wednesday walking to your car near Old Navy – you looked wonderful! I was dropping my sister at her car and said, “Oh my gosh, that’s Cyndi Spivey!” One of these days I’ll get up the nerve to talk to you in person! 😉

      Now about the program. It’s is easier for Amanda at 31 but I do think you can adjust the program for you ability and age.

      I found sprinting outside difficult for me ( Amanda said she loved it but she lives in Florida and she is 31) that’s why I choose doing it on an elliptical machine.

      Anyway, let me know what you decide. If we have very many locals doing the program we might have to have a coffe date! 🙂


  3. I signed up last week for this program because of your blog! I am only a few days into the program, but I can tell lthat my body likes the fasting window very much. I normally skip breakfast and this program teaches me how to fuel my body the right way. Going to do one of the more difficult workouts today- heavy lifting. I actually enjoy lifting weights. Thanks for the recommendation- so far so very good!

I workout at home, I run on my treadmill 3-4 days a week and lift weights the other days, I try my best to eat sensibly, healthfully, and I think that’s what people have to do to get, and maintain, a healthy weight……I truly am not one to follow any trend or diet program because I know that one thing is key in all of this, and this is to simply keep moving, it’s the only way to burn calories. I guess I’m a rebel, I’m not a “program” type of person, always have to do my own thing 🙂 Glad you’re finding this to be a helpful program, I know you greatly inspire many women.

      1. Yes, I think we do, especially as we get get older….today is my 50th and I certainly don’t feel that age, whatever it’s supposed to feel like 🙂

  6. Can you tell me what you mean by “heavy lifting?” As in, how much weight are you lifting on a heavy lifting day? Does she give modifications? I recently completed a local boot camp and while it was helpful, I “tweaked” a knee while lifting a kettle ball. I’m very interested in this program for the dietary side of things as well. Thanks for sharing this information with us!

    1. Pam my heavy lifting is probably not very heavy compared to most people. I started with 8 pound weights and now I’m at ten. I can do squats with 20 pounds.
      I am looking to be a body builder I just want to be tone. 🙂

  7. Oh, my! I was SO waiting to hear about this from you, Cyndi! And, 😲 I had no clie you are in your 50’s…you look AMAZING! I had read about Intermittent Fasting before. I might have to budget for it, and give it a try! I had surgery 8 months ago, and I an still not 💯 %, but I’m walking, and can’t wait ’til I hear my doctor say to go full speed on working out. I used to run!

  9. Oh you are so smart! I have been blessed to be in the normal weight range all my life since 16 or 12 . Yes getting older is no fun but we always try to do our best to stay younger. I walk with my daughter or friends everyday we can but that isn’t helping my arms any and I tried the weight lifting exercises last year & not a lot of difference. I need to do them everyday all year, I am a bit lazy about anything extreme and I think it is because I haven’t had to work at my weight thru out the years and causes me to think my body should just do this tone up naturally , ha! It doesn’t! Keep us posted! Good luck!

    1. Bonnie, I am the same as you. I was the same weight until I hit 50. Now I am getting thick in the middle and not as much muscle tone. I don’t have the discipline I need to do a regular workout. UGG. It is not fun!

      1. No Susan no fun.. I am over 60 now and walk still but need muscle tone in arms but don’t worry about it, I need to do weights in the summer though for sleeveless clothes but it rained all summer so maybe next year. ha!

  10. You look great! But, the first thing that sounded odd…was not eating anything until noon? Maybe, I just need to read more about the program to understand this, but I have always heard that “breakfast” is the most important meal of the day? I don’t have much, just maybe a banana with my coffee or oatmeal, but I do need something or I get a headache 🙁

    1. Hi Gloria–This program sounds pretty specific about the time for eating vs. not eating, but many people practice intermittent fasting by just eating during a shortened window that can be any time of day. For instance, if you really need breakfast, you could eat between 7am and 3pm or between 8am and 4pm. The idea is just to compress your eating to a shorter amount of time, allowing your body to go into a fasting state the rest of the 24 hour day. Many people have a hard time not eating later in the day and don’t really like breakfast anyway, so most do what Cyndi is doing and just do all their eating later. But some do need to do their eating earlier. They say hard core fat burning takes place when you exercise in the a.m. in your fasting state, but if you get a headache, you could exercise even earlier in the morning and then start eating, or maybe just have to accept slightly slower results exercising later, but I think you’d still see health benefits overall. I do it without exercising very much at all and it has still helped me tremendously with weight and blood sugar issues. I allow myself 11am to 7pm, but that usually ends up being 11:30am til about 6pm, which is even better! Good luck!

  11. I am 43 years old and have always been a runner (1/2 marathons and marathons). About 10 months ago I noticed I was gaining weight even with all the miles that I was running. So my husband and I decided to try a low carb diet. Well I have lost 24 pounds and feel great I have more energy and best of all I lost the belly fat that I just couldn’t get rid of no matter what I did. It’s not really a diet it’s a lifestyle change. One I can live by. I don’t run as much as I use to instead I decided to take up yoga and I love it! Good luck!

  12. Is your husband eating the same meals and during the same times as you? I find that programs are hard if your spouse/children are not participating (at least for the meals).

    1. Yes Wayne eats what I eat EXCEPT after dinner he snacks. He will eat chips or a candy bar. I don’t know what to do with him! Ha!
      Tonight I’m having Salmon, asparagus and a baked sweet potato and he will eat that too.

  13. You look great! In sure bacause they are selling the program that you can’t give out many details but I would like to know how this had changed your daily life. Such as, how long do you work out and how etc. Being over 60, some programs are way too intense.

    1. Carol this one is a little intense but I do the best I can do. She does have burpees for exercises and I don’t do them because they hurt my back.
      I do think this one is easier than Beachbody and I have seen better results.


  14. I am very interested in this program. Do you need special equipment to do the exercises? Are there recommendations on what foods to eat etc.? You look amazing and are a great inspiration!

    1. Nancy the food is basically what you eat if you’re doing the whole 30. We stay away from processed foods if at all possible. I eat a lot of salmon, chicken, steak and veggies.
      You will need some weights if you do the exercises at home. You can do speed burst outside and walking.

  15. Congrats Cyndi, glad things are going well!. I am 48 and have struggled with my weight for years. I am going to the gym now 2-3 days a week on my lunch hour and doing yoga once a week as well. I agree that a lifestyle change is better than a “diet”, as it will help you stick to it. Also, I love how great I feel after a work out. 🙂

  16. Thanks for sharing! I have a question about when one needs to exercise. From what I have gathered from the reading, is that exercise gives you the bang for your buck if you exercise while in the fast. Is this true? If so, how much affect would exercising later in the day have on result?

    1. Exercising during the fast works best but some people can’t do that so they work out when they can and still see results.

    You can do intermittent fasting on your own. There are lots of articles online if you don’t have the money to spend. Joining a group is a great motivator!!

    Would you be willing to share a typical day’s menu with us and what times you eat? I am seriously considering this program, but I just have to see if I can make it work for me. I think if I see what you do, I can see if I could do it as well.

    1. Susie it depends on the day. We have low carb days, regular calorie days, low calorie days and training day calories.

      She gives you lots of ideas of food. Today is regular calorie day. I’m eating a fruit smoothie to break my fast. Then i’m eating a salad with Tuna. Tonight I’m having salmon, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and a sweet potato. I will probably need to add something to meet my calorie goals.

      You just have to eat healthy foods that are not processed if that make sense. Although I do eat organic protein bars a lot to get my protein up.

      The food is always the hardest thing for me because I don’t plan ahead. As long as I plan, I’m good!

  20. I’m curious and interested but I don’t see any sample meal plans or workout plans on the site. Can you give me an idea of a days meal plan and what the workout plans look like?

    1. Hi Amy,
      We work do low carb on Monday and Tuesday plus speed bursts and low cardio. Wednesday is regular calorie day and strength training (weights). Thursday is regular calorie day and strength training. Friday is low calorie (25% less calories) day and active recovery day. You can take a walk do yoga or just relax. Saturday is leg day and training day calories (you consume 25% more calories). Sunday is low calorie and active recovery day.

      She does give you the exercises but not your meal plan. You basically eat a paleo diet and you can fix whatever you like. People do give ideas in our facebook group and I use for recipe ideas.

  21. Hi Cyndi , I have subscribed to your blog for a year….felt compelled by the Good Lord to write today.

    Be careful with diet and weight lifting. I went Gluten -free because my son was diagnosed with Celiac.

    I dropped weight so fast between worrying , diet , and heavy lifting.

    Bottom line I ended up with a collapsed lung! A Spontaneous Pneumothorax! What?! It is still shocking to me!

    I never smoked. I don’t drink ,I was a healthy runner for 40 years! Being a runner probably saved my life ,since the other lung

    kept working overtime! After two weeks in the hospital, I learned that this isn’t so rare but no one ever discusses it on medical shows!

    1. Absolutely!! This isn’t a diet it is a healthy eating plan. Plus Amanda stresses that most of us are working out too much and not seeing results. We have off days and we only lift 3 days a week.

  22. I am signed up for the April 24 program, I do hope that it helps me shed a few pounds as well as get healthier! I do have a treadmill and I am wondering if I should invest in some dumbbell weights.

    1. Yay!! Yes you will need a few weights have 5 and 8 pound but I need 10 pounds now. I also have 20 pounds that I use on some exercises.

  23. I am very interested in doing this program but have a few questions also. The next program doesn’t start until April 24th, and I’m going on vacation in the middle of May. Is there a certain food plan that you have to do that would be hard to maintain while on vacaction? Also would I be able to do the workouts in a hotel room?

    1. Hey Kelli,
      We use the MyfitnessPal app (it’s free) and log our food. It’s not hard to maintain as long as you stick to low carb, regular calorie day etc. I’m going on vacation in May too and I will be doing the plan. You can do the workout in your hotel room or if they have a fitness area that would work too.
      The only days I use equipment (other than my weights) is on Monday and Tuesday for speed bursts and low cardio. I use my elliptical but that can be done outside.

  24. Thank you, Cindi, for sharing! I lost 75 pounds over 15 years ago and I REFUSE to turn back! But at 47, things are certainly different! 😏

    What is the purpose of the additional boot camps? Although I am good with the $199 for the initial help and guidance, I need a logical reason for spending that every six weeks.

    1. You don’t have to spend that every 6 weeks and you get $70 off after the first one. I’m not sure if we get more off after that. She does tweak the exercises for the second round.
      But if you do it once and like the results you could do it on your own the second time.

  25. I looked into this when you first mentioned it. Honestly, it’s kind of what I am already am doing. I rarely eat before noon and exercise for 45 minutes to an hour 5-6 days a week incorporating cardio and weights. I will hit 50 in the fall and man is it hard to get your metabolism going. Mine is rolling over and playing dead. I’m just not sure I want anything bad enough to give up dairy. (especially if it’s minimal improvement.) I do love my cheese, yogurt and ice cream 😉 Thanks for the update Cyndi!!!

    1. Lisa it sounds like you have it down. You do NOT have to give up dairy. She does recommend it but there are women who are eating dairy on the program. I have just replaced it and it works fine for me. ( I did eat some HALO ice cream a few weeks ago.)

      We only workout 5 days a week and we rest 2 (only 3 days of weight lifting). It’s the fasting, and carb cycling that has helped my metabolism.


  26. Cyndi, you look amazing!! My issue is definitely the discipline!! Since turning 45 I have had a noticeable difference in my stamina and ability to loose the tummy-fat as quickly as I used to could!

  27. I walk as often as I can (the Fitbit helps me as do the dogs.) I started a toning program (with weights) I found on pinterest, and now I am doing another one (with a core/abs workout also found there). I am not a gym person, and I don’t have the finances to buy a program, but I have weights at home. I have seen a big (positive) change in the tone of my body. After turning 60 a few years ago, my middle totally changed, and I cannot get the last bit there toned/gone. Still working at it.

  28. I’m glad you found something that works for you! Doing the Whole 30 2 years ago with my daughter was life changing for me. It’s super healthy, almost like a cleanse but you aren’t as restrited, a great re-set and teaches you to eat well with healthy delicious food for the long-term, not just while yo u’re on the program. I love that they focus on non-scale victories too… better sleep, better skin, more energy, etc. I don’t have trouble exercising, it’s my release on the day and what I look forward to! Plus I’m a cyclist and burn a lot of calories. My big weaknesses are sweets and brains. But W30 taught me a much better way to eat, and I can go back to it anytime for a re-set. Highly recommend it!

    1. You look great Heidi and you have the exercising down. Amanda’s approach is very much a whole 30 approach. She does allow a cheat day which I like. Ha!!

  29. I also did Beachbody and had great results in muscle tone with the workouts but could not get past the first few weeks of using containers. And to measure anything that was combined like a soup or casserole…how many of each container is that?! I do not have weight to lose, but like many others, at 45 I have to tone and just simply be stronger for my future health. I am not a breakfast person so this is not hard for me. I have read great things on fasting. My question: is this even doable to begin on the April 24 if I am going on vacation the following weekend? Or wait until the next start date?

    1. Angie I think it is doable! I’m going on vacation in May and I will be on the plan. I will fast and watch my carbs but she does allow a cheat day and you can use that whenever you want (it’s leg day with the exercises) I have followed the plan pretty close but I have not always been perfect and I still see really good results. I do think you would want to try and do the exercises so if you don’t want to exercise on vaca maybe wait.

  30. When you have coffee is it black or with cream? If you put anything in your coffee, would this not break the fast? I also wanted to know if you lost any weight? Feeling better is wonderful, but if I am going to spend money on a program, it’s important to me that people are actually saying they are losing weight on it!

    1. Laura i have lost weight and inches but Amanda is not focused on weight. She is a firm believer in being healthy so she does not want us to step on the scales during the program (I have weighed but don’t tell!). If you do the program like she suggests you will lose weight.
      As far as coffee I’m a black coffee drinker so no cream. Cream would break the fast.

  31. Hey, Cyndi. I have been an avid exerciser and yoyo dieter (life time weight watchers gal) Anyway, since menopause has sent in, my weight has crept up. I have been exercising 4x a week with hour long jazzercise classes and strength training for 6 months with no real noticeable results. And to add insult to injury, literally, I’m recovering from shoulder bursitis. That’s how hard I have been exercising. I didn’t even realize I was hurting myself. Just thought I was getting old. I looked up Amanda’s program and I’m a bit nervous about spending the money. She really doesn’t give you that much information. Not sure I will be able to do it. Does she give you suggested menus for low-carb/high-carb? And how much to each? Will my husband and teenage son enjoy this menu. Her website doesn’t really give any information either. My main goal would be to lose these 20 lbs. Did your sister loose any weight doing this?

  32. I signed up for the upcoming April 24th date today, after reading your post. I’m 57 and have always been slim and pretty active. However, I feel everything is changing and harder to tone. I’m finding myself shopping for things that cover my arms and legs, which is really depressing. I don’t care to loose weight, just drop body fat. It will be an adjustment for me, as I’m a breakfast eater. However, after reading and listening to some podcast about fasting, it makes sense. I’m looking forward to having the FB accountability and Amanda’s help. Love you blog and you style!

    2. I too just signed up for April 24 – I’m 56 – small frame but feeling that my body is changing faster than I can keep up with. I love the fashion style and different techniques I’ve learned from you so Im hoping this fitness journey will also help to slow down and tone up my body overall. Your photos obive have inspired me. Did you also purchase the juice cleanse? I’d like to know moe about that.

  33. I love IF!! Have lost 7 pounds since Jan 2nd, I don’t really go by weighing myself…my clothes do fit better. I feel with this way, I’ll be more successful. It’s become a way of life! I also incorporated ACV and lemon juice

  34. Just signed up for the program and the juice fasts! I’ve been doing weights and HIIT workouts the last year but struggle SO much with food that I haven’t had a lot of success, which then affects my motivation to keep up with the exercise. I have done intermittent fasting in the past and found it successful but never felt like I really knew what I was doing–reading articles gave me too much information to wade through, I think. I’m a breakfast eater, which made the fasting hard, but with an organized plan and more nourishing food I think I can make it work better. I got the downloads of the program after signing up and sent it to Kinkos to have it bound into a book I can flip through as needed. I’m excited, thank you for sharing all your good stuff–it was just the right timing for me. And best of luck to you and your husband and the new adventures you are embarking upon.

  35. Amanda’s plan looked interesting until I saw the price. Does she provide anything but advise? And then she wants you to pony that up every 6 weeks?! I cannot justify spending that, but good luck to you.

    1. She does offer more than advice. She has the workouts planned for you and she helps with questions and encouragement. You don’t have to pay that every 6 weeks. You get a $70 discount for the second round. Or you have all the workouts emailed to you so you can do it on your own from there out.


  36. This message is for C. Boyd. I hope she sees it. My daughter is an RN and was caring for a young doctor just last night who was admitted to the hospital with a collapsed lung. He’s a doctor and even he didn’t know what if anything he did to cause it. Sometimes it just happens, strange as it may seem. Hope you’re back to 100% and feeling better. Eating well and exercising can only improve your health as long as you’re not taking extreme measures. Unless you’re doing bench presses and drop the weight on your chest, I think it’d be pretty hard to cause a collapsed lung yourself. As scary and traumatic as it is, I think it’s a fluke thing that just happens sometimes.

  37. Cyndi! I have questions I hope you can answer! How easy is it to “tweak” the routine? For example, since I work 2 days a week could I plan my workouts for the remaining 5? Also, are you saying that the intermittent fasting is best when the fasting is early morning? I am not sure I could work half a day without eating and then hope I have enough of a lunch hour to begin the process of breaking the fast! (Being a hygienist yourself I’m sure you understand how those lunch hours dwindle quickly some days!!!) What protein bars do you like and do you buy them or make them yourself? I just hit the big 5-0 and while we do try to eat whole foods and limit carbs, my workout routine is extremely lacking and I’ve noticed more lumps and bumps lately! I would love a program I can stick with that allows me to work out from home some…this program sounds great for that! You look amazing and you are an inspiration!

  38. Cyndi, Liked your post on your fitness journey also read Tracy’s. I sent 2 emails off to Amanda from her site and a comment on her Facebook page, She has not answered any of them. Wondering if being a Diabetic (Type 2) and on meds if this program would work for me. My Dr. has told me he could take me off all meds, if i would lose weight and exercise 30 mins a day. I have watched several of her utube videos and she kinds drives me crazy with her hands……..But yet I feel she knows what she talking about! What do you think after being on this program and knowing the plan…..would it help me? Thanks for your input!

  40. I’m late responding to all of this. First, I’m frustrated, as I felt defeated before I even read about the program. I have struggled from migraines for 31 years now and in the last year worse with 15-19 a month. I’ve tried it all and nothing has worked. Literally, tried it all……for migraines that is. No one knows what to do with me. Anyway, I’ve always been normal weight, ate good and clean and use to exercise more, but since I’ve been worse over the years, I have a hard time doing anything that gets my heart rate up. I live in small town, so no classes to join. I use to attend yoga here but its no more. Now in my 50’s its so hard to stay toned and I find I don’t want to wear shorts or a swimsuit anymore and starting to not like dresses unless they are long enough. I’d love to tone my legs. Has anyone done a weight program at home that works? I need to get moving more with weights. Thanks Cyndi for sharing your success with the program, but I can’t fast at all as it throws me right into a migraine. My body does best with not letting more than 4 hrs. go in-between meals. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and sometimes snack in-between if needed. You look great and glad you found something that works and you stick with. I’ve had trouble with that. I did a curves place one time for 3 yrs. It actually was in our small town. I loved the AM accountability with all the woman I knew who met and did it together and I was the most toned I’ve been for a long time. Would like to get that back. 🙂 Blessings.

  41. Cyndi, I’m in my 2nd week of the program. My only struggle is that I eat plant based and keeping my protein up is a struggle. If you happen to come across anyone in your group that doesn’t eat meat and has been successful let me know. I’d love to connect with some other plant based eaters who are trying this. 😊 Glad you are enjoying the program and thanks spurring us all on to healthy eating and fitness!!!💪💪💪

      1. Oh I love Isagenix dairy free shakes and bars. They keep me going on a weekly basis! It’s just more difficult on low carb days to up the protein without meat.

    Through your blog I’ve been inspired to challenge myself and do the FASTer Way To Fat Loss beginning May 22nd. I’m 53 years old and have lived a very sedentary life for the last ten years since my mom passed away from pancreatic cancer. Before my mother’s illness I was very active. Caring for her, working a full-time job, and taking care of my husband and children left me with no energy or will to take care of myself. You have helped me light a fire, and pushed me to begin my journey to wellness.

  43. Hi Cyndi, I started this program last week. The workouts don’t scare me, it’s the food. I’m struggling with what to fix and eat. I’m a teacher and school will be out in a week, so hopefully I will be able to concentrate on what to eat. I saw the program on your blog and started researching. I asked my husband to give it to me for Mother’s Day. I’m 54 and need to shake things up a bit. Thanks for sharing.

  44. Would love another update from you as you finish your second round of the program. I’m just not sure on the meal planning part. I’m not a cook and worried about that part the most. I think I can handle the fasting and most of the exercise parts. Hope you can do another post and give us more info for those who are still on the fence.

I would like to join but I have two concerns – I have a right shoulder injury that I have to be careful with lifting weights and I can’t imagine doing a Hit cardio program and wondering if running fast on the treadmill be comparable. Would these issues make it an effective program. I only have 10 lbs I’d like to lose but I really want to feel healthier and be toned. (60 yrs. old).

  46. Cyndi, Good morning! I joined Amanda’s next round of fitness program. I think I read that you exercise at home. Can I ask what kind of exercise equipment you use? I have Total Gym machine and a treadmill at home. Also have some 5 lb. weights. I’m sure Amanda will have a list too. You look great and I applaud your success. I am 53 years old and am hoping she can help me with the fat that has been accumulating over the last year to two. :((( I send blessings to you and your family.

  47. Hi Cyndi- I’ve been trying intermittent fasting and carb cycling on my own and I don’t feel that I’ve got a good grasp on it. I am considering purchasing the FWTFL cookbook. I’m wondering if have an opinion about the cookbook? I have Chris and Heidi Powell’s Extreme Transformation book which I bought specifically for the meal plan and find it hard to follow because there are foods in it that I’m not used to eating. So just wondering if you have an opinion about the recipes/cookbook FWTWL offers. BTW-I don’t need an exercise program as I’ve been lifting for 3 years and running for 5 years. Just interested in the IF and Carb Cycling way of life. Thanks in advance for your time.

  49. Why give up the dairy? I’m a small lady and I worry about osteoporosis, I know we can take supplements but worry that the real thing is better, also the vitamin d factor…Just curious what lead you to the dairy.
