Happy Monday, ladies! One of the things I’m often asked, “Can you share some summer dresses with sleeves?” So, today I’m sharing a shift dress with sleeves from Nordstrom.

This shift dress comes in three different colors, red, black, and the cobalt color that I’m wearing. The dress is Chelsea28 brand which is exclusive to Nordstrom.

Summer Shift Dress From NordstromIn case you’re not familiar with the Chelsea28 brand, this line focuses on feminine pieces made to be mixed, matched, and worn everywhere.

Summer Shift Dress From NordstromI styled the shift dress with a Halogen block heel (Halogen is also exclusive to Nordstrom), but if I wanted to wear a more casual look, I would wear my Tory Burch sandals with a straw tote.

Beauty For the Heart~~When I am feeling fearful, I read 2 Timothy 1:7, For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.

Fear does not come from God. So if you’re feeling fearful today, claim this verse.

Have a blessed day!

  2. Love the color of this dress. I find that I like dresses like this that flare out a little at the bottom. They often look better than something that’s cut straight up and down.

  3. Good morning Cyndi.. cute dress. I do not live close to a Nordstrom however I am always inspired by yor sale posts and usually find something to order. I am a plus size(18) and you are so good at including things that are available in plus.. thank you! Look forward to all your suggestions!

  4. Beautiful dress, color and cut! I am getting to where I need sleeves more lately! :/ Lol!

    Have a beautiful day!

  5. LOVE this dress. Perfect…….just what I was looking for. I just ordered it in the Cobalt in XS and S to see which fits best. I’m shorter than you and about the same weight. I love the free shipping and wanted to get the order in before the big NSALE coming and maybe shutting down he internet site. 🙂 Have fun tomorrow. Can’t wait to see what you try on. Thanks for the Beauty for the Heart. Needed it this morning.

  6. The dress is great on you but I was looking for the olive shorts per the title because I just bought some! Good luck tomorrow

  7. Thank you for the BFTH. Timothy 1:7 is one of my favourite verses! The NKJV says ‘…but of power, love and a sound mind’, rather than ‘self-discipline’. I like that because then it’s something the Lord provides rather than something I have to strive for.
