Top 10 Posts of 2020

Hi ladies, and happy LAST Monday of 2020! It’s hard to believe 2020 is almost over. I think most of us will be glad to say goodbye to 2020, and we’re all hoping for more normalcy in 2021.

One of the things I love to do at the end of every year is look back and see my top posts. It helps me see what resonated with you the most and helps me prepare my content for the New Year.

Here are the top 10 posts of 2020:

1. Fall Wardrobe Essentials | Wardrobe essentials are always popular posts. I love fall wardrobe essentials, and I think you all do too!

2. 5 Tips for Wearing Shorts | Every spring and summer, we start talking about wearing shorts. Some women love to wear them, and some don’t. This post gives options if you don’t want to wear shorts and also tips to look your best if you wear them.

3. A Day in Aruba | Well, this seems like a lifetime ago. In March of 2020, when the pandemic was starting to spread, Wayne and I went on a cruise. That was probably not one of the smartest decisions we’ve ever made.

While we were on the cruise, the whole country shut down, and we got off the ship to a completely different world. As soon as we got off, all cruises were stopped.

We had a wonderful trip, but we were anxious about all that was going on, and we were ready to get home.

4. Amazon Fashion-January 2020 | Amazon try-on posts are definitely my more popular posts. I love doing these types of posts.

5. 6 Ways to Wear Olive Pants | Styling items more than one way is always a popular post, and I want to do more in 2021.

6. Resort Wear & More | It’s obvious I did this post before the pandemic started, and we were all hoping to travel to warm destinations in 2020.

7. Fall Fashion: Amazon, Target, Express, & Nordstrom | Another try-on post from some of my favorite stores.

8. My Kitchen Remodel | I forgot that I did my kitchen remodel at the beginning of the year. I was so glad I got this project checked off my list. At some point, I want to change my countertops to white.

9. Target Try-On & Comfort Sandals | Target try-ons are always popular. I did this one in February before the dressing rooms closed in March.

10. 5 Wearable Trends for Fall | I love trends, and my favorite thing to do is share how to wear trends.

Well, that is a wrap! Those were my top 10 posts of 2020. I can’t wait to start sharing trends and styles in 2021.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

  1. I cannot wait for your upcoming product and fashion posts. (Amazon is my favorite.) Thanks for the Christian messages as well. Happy New Year!

  2. Do you ever wear body make up instead of self tanner and if so what brand do you recommend? I do not like the smell of the self tanners and need another option for Spring.
    Thank you!

  3. We are rook players too, in fact in our much younger years it was all we did on the weekends with friends. We would even play into the wee hours of the morning! Now our kids have us hooked on other games but we should get that one out again! Thanks for the look back. Where did the year go all things considered it went fast!

  4. Hello. In your email you mentioned getting organized and purging. Would love a post on your plans. Happy New Year! Here’s to a better 2021.

  5. Thank you so much for all your blogs. You are an inspiration with all your positivity and encouragement.
I enjoy checking out your clothing ideas. Being Canadian, and not being able to cross the border to shop is “depressing “. USA always has great deals on clothing, well okay, on everything, as well as a wide range of styles. I so miss shopping in the states!
As the new year approaches I encourage you to keep on doing what you do. You are truly blessed with the ability to reach many of us through your fashion senses, healthy tips, beauty and messages from God. I appreciate how hard you work. Thank you. Happy New Year!

    1. I echo what Valerie said…. As a fellow Canadian, miss cross border shopping at Target, Macey’s, JCP, etc…. We don’t have the same stores as you folks. Miss my “retail therapy”😂
Thank you for being the salt of the earth and a shining light. God bless!

  6. Being a mature Christian lady in ministry with my husband, and one who likes fashion and wearing new, yet age & modestly appropriate trends, I really enjoy your blog. The pieces you style are real, doable clothes with great sources & options, and just always so cute & put together definitely wearable for any age or shape. Your references to your family and church and the scriptures you share are definitely a breath of fresh air & sunshine. May the Lord continue to bless you & yours in the New Year.

  7. I was hoping to see a fitness outfit that I saw on Instagram but can’t seem to find on your site. It’s a pair of black leggings, a black tank top and a red tank top I believe. I’d love to see it again. I want to order!!

  8. Thank you for all of your posts in 2020, Cyndi! They were a wonderful diversion for me during the crazy pandemic. My favorite post listed above was the ways to post olive pants. Thank you, and Happy New Year!
