Vince Camuto Dress From Nordstrom

I hope you had a good Memorial weekend, it’s hard to believe that tomorrow is June 1st. The weather has been beautiful here so I’m ready to start styling some summer fashion.

I have a June wedding to attend, and I plan to wear this Vince Camuto dress from Nordstrom. I am loving all the floral patterns this summer and the colors in this dress are gorgeous.

Vince Camuto dress-1This is the second dress I have purchased that is made of scuba material. It has some stretch and is super comfortable. The dress is also fully lined.

Vince Camuto dress-2I also added these block heels with wraparound tassels.

I wore this outfit to church on Sunday. I’m picky about white jeans and these Vince Camuto jeans are good ones. I shared them with a pink blouse here.

blue and white outfit-1They do have this top in plus size but in a chili red color. Nordstrom has a great selection of Vince Camuto plus size options and petite size options.

  1. Hi Cyndi, I love this dress! Very cute!

So I’ve commented before, lamenting how awful it is to be 5’9″, being teased, and unable to ever wear cute shoes. Well, you ladies have inspired me and I’m gonna go for it!

My son graduates this week, and I have a great dress, and I bought…..a pair of heels! I’ll end up about the same height as my husband, and I will be teased relentlessly as my family will be there, but I’ve decided….so what? At 40 years old, I should be able to withstand the comments. God placed me in this family of tiny women because it was His will, and if they start on me, I will just smile and be reminded to pray for their salvation.

Thanks ladies, for your positive encouragement!

    1. YaY!! My sister is 5’9″ and wears heels all the time. I’m 5’6″ and my husband is 5’9″ and when I wear heels I’m taller than him but it doesn’t bother either one of us!
Have a wonderful time at the graduation.

  2. Hey lady… “You look stunning as always… Would you mind sharing how this top runs? Also the jeans look shorter on website. Did you order regular length?

    1. Hi Shannah, I did order the the regular length. I’m 5’6″ and the length is perfect although I did cuff the hem when I wore the heels.
I think the top runs true to size, I’m wearing a small.
      Thanks for stopping by!

  3. The dress is such a stand out color Cyndi!! And those heels are such a great addition!!
I totally understand the comment before mine except for the opposite. Because I am so short! Just at Easter, I wore flats and heard how short I was at least 3 times! But those are characteristics about our body that can’t be changed, so we might as well embrace it, right???

  4. Cyndi,

What a beautiful dress. I have to say, it looks much better on you than it does on the model on the Nordstrom site. It must just be perfect for you!

Would you please tells me what size you are wearing?

  5. I’m a 5’9″ girl and I love the high heels but hesitate to buy them because they make me so tall. I recently purchased a great pair of wedge heels at TJ Maxx and I’ve actually worn them a couple of times. It takes a little getting used to because when I wear them I’m 6′ tall. I just ordered one of my favorite wedge heels that Cyndi wears from Nordstrom’s so I’m trying, baby steps right. Have a great Tuesday 🙂

    1. stand tall and own it! I’m 5’2 – and that’s stretching the truth a 1/2 inch….I have always admired tall women!

  6. The first thing that came to my mind, Cyndi, was “Ew La La! She certainly doesn’t look like a grandma” You are gorgeous in both outfits. 🙂

  7. Gorgeous as always! I’ve already ordered this dress. Thanks for giving us casual and dressy options! Deborah

  8. I love this dress for summer! I also love that it is lined and won’t show every bump. Thanks for sharing! I am huge on floral right now too 🙂

  9. You look absolutely amazing! What a beautiful dress. The shoes add such an interesting and unexpected element to the outfit. Good job!! You are the perfectly styled wedding guest. 🙂

    1. Hey Ruthie,
I’m hoping you got one today. For some reason when I checked, it had you as unsubscribed. I added you back. 🙂
      Blessings,
      Cyndi
