31 Days of Fall Fashion (Day 19)

31 Days of Fall Fashion (Day 19)

This month, I’ve committed to 31 days of fall fashion. It’s been fun to trying to style different outfits and you all have been more than kind.

The hashtag we are all using during this month is #write31days. Everyone who’s taking part in this is posting for 31 days straight about all kinds of different topics. I tell you this because today I’m going to write but if you don’t mind, I’m not going to share a picture.

I’ll share what I wore to church with you tomorrow but today, I want to shine light on Christ.

The song I’m sharing today is amazing. I believe with all my heart someone reading this today needs to hear it.

One of the comments you all often leave is how much you appreciate my “beauty for the heart.” Many times you say that Christ shines through me.

You have no idea how much that means to me. I want more than anything for Christ to shine through this blog.

The title of my blog has grace in it for a reason. Why? Because I’ve been given much grace!

Luke 7:47 says, “Therefore I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little.”

I love Christ much because I’ve been forgiven much. I don’t take that lightly.

I think someone today needs to know that there’s grace for them. You haven’t committed that one sin, that God can’t forgive.

You see we’re all guilty, we’ve all felt shame but Christ can and will forgive and he will plead for you. He loves you and he wants you to be free. Free from sin, free from guilt.

My prayer for you today, is you will let Christ shine through you. Let go and give everything to Christ.

Have a blessed Sunday!

  1. Thank you Cyndi for your words, it’s funny my mom’s favorite saying was Let Go, Let God! and it has stuck with me always. We lost her to breast cancer 2 years ago and she was my angel on earth and now she is my angel in heaven. Thank you for reminding me that there is another angel on earth, you.

  2. Wonderful reminder! I too have been extended an extreme amount of grace. The verse you shared is very dear to my heart. You have a wonderful ministry here and the ability to not only reach lost souls, but encourage believers. Thank you for sharing.

  3. Cyndi,
What an amazing song! Thank you! My ministry is one of freedom for women as a wounded healer! God is so good!

  4. Wow…such powerful words…so very true…too much (WAY too much) of my life, I’ve taken His grace for granted…not anymore! 🙂

  5. Today’s beautiful blog reminds me of a song that I’m sure you are familiar with. My parents sang duets in church as I was growing up. One they sang that I remember vividly is Grace That Is GREATER Than All Our Sin.
Marvelous grace of our loving Lord. Grace that EXCEEDS our sin and our guilt. Thanks for reminding us that we can be beautiful especially on the inside.

  6. Cyndi, you DO share your love for Christ beautifully through your blog. God has given you this platform to share Him with others….and you do a great job! Have a blessed Sunday and THX for all you do 🙂
